Just a light and quick in and out of gym back workout. Hope you guys enjoy it. Ramadan is just around the corner and I’m just taking it easy and maintaining, after Ramadan it’s back to some hardcore training and trying to push myself further. I jumped 8lbs in fat and bloat since the end of my cut exactly a month ago but as usual it’s a two step forward and one step back game. Every time I do a cut, I end up leaner and better conditioned afterwards, so one step at a time forward inshAllah.
